Privacy policy

Kingsway Sites is a web design business run by Scott McArthur in Wrentham, Massachusetts. This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it. Short version: I only collect what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and I never sell it.

What I collect

When you use the quote form, I receive what you type in: your name, business name, email, phone, town and message. That is sent to my business email so I can reply.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. It records things like the page you viewed, the referring site, your general location (country level) and your device type, in aggregate.

How I use it

I use your information to answer your question, give you a quote and work with you if you become a client. I do not sell, rent or trade your information, and I do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered by FormSubmit, an email delivery service. Both handle data only to provide their service.

How long I keep it

Quote requests stay in my email for as long as they are useful for the business. Ask and I will delete them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
