What's yours, and how it's kept safe

You own your domain, your content and your store's Stripe account

• Your words, photos, logo, leads and domain are yours.
• If I buy your domain for you, it's registered in your name, and I'll transfer it to you whenever you ask.
• An online store takes payments through your own Stripe account, not mine.
• If you leave, you get everything that's yours within 72 hours, ready to take anywhere.

Card numbers go straight to Stripe

Cards are typed only on Stripe's own pages, its checkout and billing screens. KingsWay never sees, types or stores a card number.

Where your site and data live

• Sites are hosted on Vercel.
• Leads, orders and your dashboard are kept in a Supabase database.
• Every site loads over HTTPS. Vercel issues the SSL certificate for each domain and renews it on its own, and kingswaysites.com tells browsers to always use HTTPS.

Backed up every night

Backed up every night to a separate account. If a backup fails, I'm alerted and it's rerun.

Checked around the clock

Monitors check kingswaysites.com, the client dashboard and the KingsWay API every 3 minutes, day and night. If one stops answering, Scott gets an email.

Forms built into your site

Every form is part of your site, with no outside form service in between. Each one has bot protection: a hidden trap field and a minimum time to fill it in. Lead forms also take at most 5 sends per visitor every 10 minutes.

Privacy

• What's collected: what someone types into a form, like their name, contact details and request, plus any photos they upload.
• Never sold: information is never sold, rented or traded.
• Texts need a yes: the texting box on a form starts unchecked, and replying STOP to any text works.
• Getting your data out: ask, and you get your words, photos, logo, leads and domain within 72 hours.
• Deleting your data: Nothing in your dashboard is deleted by accident; it's archived. After you cancel, you can ask me in writing to delete your data, and it's gone within 30 days.
