These terms cover your use of kingswaysites.com and the services of KingsWay Sites, a web design business run by Scott McArthur in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Project details for a website build (pages, price, timeline and payments) are covered by the Client Agreement each client signs before work starts.

Using this website

You can use this site to learn about KingsWay Sites, request a free mock and get in touch. Please send accurate information through the forms. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site.

Websites, hosting and payments

Pricing is listed on the services page. Once a build is paid in full, you own your content and can get a copy of your site's code if you leave. Monthly hosting plans run month to month and can be cancelled any time from your billing portal.

SMS Terms

Program: KingsWay Sites New Lead Alerts. Business owners whose website is built and hosted by KingsWay Sites can sign up at kingswaysites.com/text-alerts to get a text each time a new lead submits a form on their website.

Message frequency: varies with how many leads come in.

Cost: message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one final message confirming it. Reply START to turn alerts back on.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.
