The fine print, in plain English
You own your website
Once your build is paid in full, your content is yours: your words, your photos, your domain. While you are on Kingsway hosting, the site lives in my GitHub so I can keep it backed up and running. If you ever want to leave, you get a copy of the code and I will help you move it.
Domains I buy for you are registered to you, not me, and I will transfer them any time you ask.
What I don't do:
- Logo or brand kit design

How much does a website cost for a small business?

How much does a website cost?
$2,500 for a custom site with up to 7 pages. Each page after that is $500. Hosting is $49 a month once the site is live. The full menu is on this page, nothing hidden.
How do payments work?
Half up front to get started, half when the site launches. Hosting starts at launch and bills month to month through Stripe.
How long does it take?
Most sites go live in 2 to 3 weeks. The biggest factor is how fast you can get me your photos, service list and details.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it is paid in full, your content is yours. If you ever leave Kingsway hosting, you get a copy of the code to take with you.
Is there a contract for hosting?
No. Hosting is month to month. It covers hosting, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring. You can cancel whenever you want.
What if I need changes after launch?
You get 30 days of fixes included. After that, updates are $100 an hour with a one-hour minimum, and only when you ask for them. No surprise bills.
I already have a domain. Do I have to pay for a new one?
No. Connecting a domain you already own is free. If you need one, it is $75 including the first year, registered in your name, and it renews at $35 a year.
Do you do logos or social media posting?
No. I build websites and the local search setup around them. I do not do logo or brand kit work, and I do not sell monthly posting or social media packages.
