AI built in, which model does what
Which features in your dashboard use AI, which Claude model runs each one and why, what's included each month, and why nothing goes out without you.
Updated
Your dashboard has AI built into the tools that write and design for you. It runs on Claude, made by Anthropic. There are three sizes of Claude, and each tool uses the one that fits the job: the quick one for short writing, the stronger one for designs and longer drafts, and the strongest one only where depth really counts.
The quick model, for short writing
Claude Haiku is fast and light. It handles anything short that you see right away:
- Chat assistant: answers visitors on your website.
- AI texting: replies to customers who text your business number, and the follow-ups.
- Scout in your dashboard: answers your questions and drafts short emails, texts and captions.
- Polish my words and Write from photo in the social calendar: captions for each network.
- AI Studio words: the headline, points and call to action on a flyer, card or sign.
- Suggest with AI on a product's search settings: the search title, description and photo alt text.
Short writing doesn't need a bigger model. The quick one keeps these fast, which matters most when a customer is waiting on a reply.
The stronger model, for designs and longer drafts
Claude Sonnet takes more care over a bigger piece of work:
- AI Studio designs: every flyer, door hanger, card, sign and social graphic, plus the studio chat that plans a batch.
- Brand voice: the first draft of how your business sounds, which every other tool then follows.
- Chat assistant builder: the first draft of your assistant, its greeting, business profile and starter questions.
- SEO check-ins: the monthly write-up of what changed and what's next, which KingsWay checks before you see it.
The strongest model, only where depth counts
Claude Opus is saved for blog drafts and long reports, the work where a deeper read is worth the extra time. KingsWay uses it on its side for those jobs and nowhere else.
You always have the last word
Every AI tool writes a draft. You read it, change what you want, and you decide when it goes out. Posts, designs, emails and search text only go out when you choose. The only tools that answer customers on their own are the chat assistant and AI texting, and only after you switch them on. Every tool follows your brand voice and uses only the facts you gave it. It never makes up prices, reviews or promises.
What's included each month
AI use is included with your tools, up to a monthly allowance for each one. A few you'll see by number:
- The post generator makes up to 60 posts from a photo a month.
- AI Studio makes up to 20 designs a month, or 5 a month when it comes with Pro.
- Scout answers up to 30 questions a day.
When a tool reaches its allowance, it tells you plainly and starts again on the 1st. It never quietly runs up a bill, and there's nothing extra to pay for the AI itself.
Questions
Which AI does my dashboard use?
Claude, made by Anthropic. Each tool uses the size of Claude that fits the job.
Why don't all the tools use the strongest model?
Short replies and captions come out just as well on the quick model, and they come back faster. The stronger models are saved for designs, longer drafts and reports, where the extra care shows.
Will the AI post or send things without me?
No. Every tool drafts and you decide. The chat assistant and AI texting answer customers on their own only once you switch them on.
Does AI cost extra?
No. It's included with your tools up to each one's monthly allowance. When you reach it, the tool says so and it resets on the 1st.
What happens when I run out for the month?
The tool tells you and stops making new drafts until the 1st. Everything you already made stays where it is, and you can still edit the words yourself.
Does it make things up?
No. It only uses facts you gave it, from your brand voice, your site and your tools. If it doesn't know something, it leaves it out.
Can I pick which model a tool uses?
KingsWay picks the model for each tool so it stays fast and reliable. If something reads wrong, tell Scott and he'll look at it.
